Graduate Fermentation Club | Student Group Profile

 

Group Description:

The driver of the Fermentation Club is the interest in good microbes, instead of focusing on antibacterials. Sustainability is an intrinsic part of our mission because by preserving food, such as cucumbers made into pickles for example, we are acting sustainably.
