Group Description:
The Emory Global Development Student Council was founded by graduate students in the Master’s in Development Practice program to create a platform for interdisciplinary engagement in both international and domestic development issues. We plan and facilitate a number of events on campus, such as film screenings and panel discussions, to raise awareness and discussion of some of the world’s most pressing issues. We also engage in local development issues by volunteering with a number of Atlanta area organizations.
