Creation Keepers | Emory Student Group Profile

 

Group Description:

Creation Keepers are a circle of the eco-minded folks of the Candler School of Theology, living at the intersection of faith and environmentalism. All are invited to the various activities througout the year that include camping, gardening, discussions on ecojustice and exegesis, meditation and so forth.

Group Event Details:

• Monthly Hikes the first Saturday of every month*

• Weekly Gardening @ the Theology Garden located off of Dickey Drive near the RARB building, Thursdays @ noon

• Lunch and Learn with special guest speakers*

• Field Trip to Oxford Farm*

• Continued partnership and collaboration with the Centennial Initiative on Food (In)Security
